Formulation and implementation of safety management system
The company has always attached great importance to safety production work. In accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities and the actual situation of the company, the "Safety Management System" has been formulated and issued to various departments of the company for implementation. The company and its subsidiary, Xingao Pharmaceutical, have developed "Safety Emergency Plans" in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities and filed them for record. At the same time, regular drills are conducted in accordance with the requirements. In daily work, the company's safety inspectors conduct regular safety inspections, and the safety management department conducts regular inspections on a weekly basis. During holidays or national major events, the company conducts advance safety inspections to ensure that safety production work is implemented in a down-to-earth manner.
Measures to improve the level of safety production management
In order to implement the requirements of the "Notice on Conducting Mutual Inspection of the Double Prevention System Construction Work in Dangerous Chemical Enterprises throughout the Province" issued by the Emergency Management Office of Henan Province, and further improve the level of safety production management, the company invested funds in implementing production automation transformation in June 2019. The design targeted the large amount of organic solvents with high toxicity and fire risk involved in the company's production, as well as the process steps such as reflux reactions, material separation, extraction, and fractional distillation required in the chemical synthesis process. This eliminated the safety risks caused by inaccurate manual operation of process control points, excessive temperature resulting in material breakthrough, and temperature and pressure exceeding limits.
