The company has always attached great importance to safety production, and has developed a "Safety Management System" according to the requirements of regulatory authorities and the actual situation of the company. This system has been distributed to various departments within the company for implementation. Additionally, the company and its subsidiary, Xinxiang Pharmaceutical, have developed "Safety Emergency Response Plans" in accordance with regulatory requirements and filed them with the regulatory authorities. Regular drills are conducted in accordance with these plans. During regular workdays, company safety personnel conduct regular safety inspections, and the Safety Management Department conducts weekly patrols. Prior to holidays or major national events, the company conducts advance safety inspections to ensure that safety production efforts are fully implemented.
Measures to Improve Safety Production Management
In order to implement the requirements of the Henan Provincial Emergency Management Office's "Notice on Conducting Mutual Inspections of the Dual Prevention System Construction for Hazardous Chemical Enterprises across the Province", the company has invested funds to begin automation modifications in June 2019. Designs were developed for the various process steps involved in the production process, including backflow reactions, material separation, extraction, and fractional distillation, to eliminate safety risks associated with inaccurate control of process parameters, high-temperature material surges, and excessive temperature differentials caused by manual operations.
